HISTORY
Çakabey Private Schools were founded by Zekiye Yıldırım and her husband Ahmet Demirci between 1988-1989 in the village of Sasalı in Izmir's Ciğli township adjoining the buccolic setting of Izmir's Waterbird Preserve. Under the auspieces of National Ministry of Education the campus was comprised an elementary school and a cafeteria. Beginning February of the 2004-2005 academic year ownership of the school was transferred to the Eraslan family under the auspices of Keremoğlu Private Education Enterprises.
